The Arc NW Office Summer Hours
Starting 4th of July until Labor Day:
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Fridays – 8:30am – 12:00pm
The office will be closed for Independence Day (July 4th and 5th) and on Labor Day September 2.

Baseball Start Dates
Diamonds – Starts June 25. Practices are Tuesday evenings 6 – 7pm at Emerson Middle School.
Wolverines – Starts July 15. Practices are Monday evenings 7 – 8pm at the new Garfield Western Wayne Skill Center.

Soccer Start Dates
Hot Shots and Wizards – Starts July 16.   Practices are Tuesday evenings 7 – 8pm at Emerson Middle School.
Wolverines – Starts July 17. Practices are Wednesday evenings 6 – 7pm at Emerson Middle School.
Fall classic for Baseball and soccer will be the weekend of September 21 – 22. The Special Olympics Raffle drawing is September 20th at the dance. Please return your raffle ticket stubs and money to Janice Bearden by August 19.

The Arc NW Early Birds Bowling League
Morning bowling will resume September 7, 2019 at 9:00am at Oak Lanes on Middlebelt in Livonia. If you want to join, please call Vicki Soto at 734-422-3732. Early Birds bowl every other Saturday morning.

Guys & Dolls Afternoon Bowling
Next season will start Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Oak Lanes. 1:30pm start time. Call Jim Gallas at 248-318-8856 or email jagallas@comcast.net for more info or to join.

Just Fun Club
Registration forms and dates for our JFC 2019 – 2010 year will be mailed out by late July. Everyone must have membership in The Arc NW and JFC in order to attend our monthly events.
Sept. 6. Hot Dog Roast, 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Livonia Rotary Park. This is a pre-pay event; everyone attending must pre-pay at The Arc NW.

June 28 – The Arc Michigan “Disability Policy Seminar” In Lansing at the MSU University Club, 3435 First Road, Lansing, MI 48910. 9:00am – 3:30pm.  Cost $100. Register online or find a printable registration form here: https://arcmi.org/event/dps

July 25th – 28th  –   “Her Power, Her Pride” 10th Annual Teen Girls With Disabilities Event
Registration deadline is July 3rd, 2019!
Her Power is a program of Michigan Disability Rights Coalition (MDRC) and is held at Camp Fish Tales in Pinconning, Michigan.
