- Wayne County residents contact Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) and apply for medical benefits.
- Contact a Clinically Responsible Service Provider (CRSP) agency to meet with a Supports Coordinato
- Your Supports Coordinator will assist with setting up a Person-Centered Plan meeting
- The Person-Centered Plan process creates an Individualized Plan of Service (IPOS) listing your goals and dreams and the supports you need to live those out as a member of the community
- Hire Direct Support Professional staff on your own or through a staffing agency to provide community supports according to your IPOS budget
- Contact a Financial Management Service to provide payroll services to pay your Direct Support Professional staff. The Arc NW provides this service.
