You may purchase your Dinner Dance tickets by printing out the invitation below, filling in the names of those people you’d like seated at your table, and mailing or dropping off your check at the Arc NW Office.
2017 Dinner Dance Invite and Response
(Please note 2nd page w/ticket and raffle ticket package info. It is helpful to print this invitation if you are ordering online, as well.)
To pay online, please use the PayPal button near the bottom of this page. (There is a PayPal button near the bottom of every page on our website.)
In the box marked ‘special instructions’ for the seller, please let us know that this is payment for tickets to the Dinner Dance and include the names of ALL those persons for whom you are buying tickets. Also, let us know if you are buying ticket package, A, B, C or D as described on the Dinner Dance invitation.
As usual, no tickets will be mailed to you – tickets will be held in your name – at the door – at the Dinner Dance.
